Three Peaks Training Days

We will be setting up training days as we work up to the sponsored Three Peaks Walk. These are pretty important and we need to make sure that the people who take part can walk long distances.
These can be arranged individually or if you are looking for someone to go with either contact me and I’ll add it to this section or see the Forum Post on the intranet (Farnell Employees only). Ian Baxter and most recently Kelly Walker have already been up and completed some of the Peaks in the last few weeks.
Things to take:
Basic first aid kit
Extra boot laces
Water or Hydration Packs
Water Proofs
Energy Food/Food
Map
Compass
Phone
Correct Footwear – This has to be one of the most important things, good Walking Boots that fit properly and that have been worn in on practice walks.
